I work in corporate America, which means that I am constantly bombarded with forwarded email messages. I can’t really complain because I do get a good laugh out of some of the jokes and videos that I receive. Some of them are just lame and end up in my Deleted Items, but I do enjoy an occasional gem.Yesterday, a co-worker forwarded me a link that made me tremble to the depths of my soul. I’m grateful to her for sharing it with me. It’s something that every parent, grand-parent, and caregiver should see. For that reason, I am sharing it here.

Wow, I had no idea there were classes available like this. I plan to take our little one to the pool a lot this summer, so I think I'm going to look into this.
